Sometimes I think that we don’t realize the impact the last 5 minutes of the Sunday service has on the congregation. I think that James MacDonald from Harvest Bible Chapel describes it well in the video included from his blog. Whether it is a song, prayer or even an exhortation, we must realize that the message God has given the people through the worship and preaching can be cauterized or dissolved based on how we handle the last moments of the service. I share this video, not to say we have to be perfect, but to help us leaders make wise decisions with the time God has given us.
