Paul Baloche is one of my favorite worship leaders today. I have had the pleasure of listening to him speak about and lead worship live. He really brings confidence and a true relationship with God to the stage. He effortlessly teaches people how to use practical insights to help God’s people connect to Him in worship. As a worship leader, I am always excited to hear what Paul shares about leading worship.
Songs are the tools we, as worship leaders, use to invite people to connect to God on Sunday mornings. It is important to know how to use these tools wisely and effectively.
Recently, the worship leadership team and myself, at Word & Worship Church in Pittsburgh, PA realized that we needed an effective way to introduce new songs to our congregation. This method has helped us immensely. Personally, I believe God has really blessed us in this area here in Pittsburgh. We have a much easier time discerning the response of the congregation and deciding how and when to introduce new songs. I thought this video would be helpful to anyone wondering about this topic.
